Xavier

Xavier is one of the most impressive guys I've ever worked with. He's young and ambitious, and when it comes to real estate, the man knows what he wants.

We started our midsummer search in River North and the South Loop, and some time later, we found ourselves shopping in West Town. This is an expansive area that covers several neighborhoods -- Wicker, Bucktown, Humboldt Park, Ukranian Village, Noble Square. Each pocket feels a little bit different, but there are show-stopping properties in all of them.

For Xavier, he found "the one" in Noble Square. This place is truly special. It's a triplex (three floors!) with a private rooftop deck, offering built-in benches and a fireplace. During our final walkthrough, we spent twenty minutes up there, soaking up the last bit of summer sunshine.
