Ashley + Marlow

I don't always blog about my clients, but when they're as fun-loving as Ashley and Marlow, a post is absolutely necessary. Please meet the coolest married couple in Lakeview:

I met these two at my October homebuyer seminar. Marlow was the proud winner of our raffle -- a Starbucks card for a guy who doesn't drink coffee. Soon after, the three of us got together for a buyer consultation. I felt at ease with them as soon as we sat down. Marlow and Ashley were hilarious, but also open and trusting.

After several showings, a birthday for Ashley and lots of texts exchanged between the three of us, we found a winner. They were under contract by mid-December -- a sleek and spacious condo in Lakeview with enough room for a very large L couch and plenty of Wisconsin Badger football game parties.

Their closing was the best way to kick off 2016. It was a joy to guide Ashley and Marlow through the process. Congratulations, you guys. Thanks for laughing at my lame jokes and working with me to find your home. Oh, and I especially liked swapping GIFs with you:
