Mitchell

I've known Mitchell since our Hinsdale Central High School days. Back then, he was ambitious, conversational and loved by many. He became my client this spring, and I quickly realized that nothing had changed.

Soon after we went under contract on a unit at 21 W. Goethe, I got to know Mitchell's family, too. They're just like him. I had so much fun spending time with them, whether it was walking to Starbucks with Lexi, his older sister, or figuring out renovation details with his parents. 

This particular Gold Coast unit is definitely a fixer-upper, and Mitchell has big plans. I can't wait to see what he does with it -- surely, it will be beautiful.
