600 West Belden

Last night, Conor Scanlon hosted a Coldwell Banker Previews broker reception at 600 W. Belden Unit B -- his newest listing. I fell in love as soon as the in-unit elevator door opened and revealed the stunning home.

It is over 5,000 square feet of luxury, and there is much to note: gleaming wood floors, balconies and patios, high ceilings, tree-top neighborhood views and light fixtures to dream about. This Lincoln Park penthouse duplex is down the street from Oz Park and just a few blocks away from the water.

In the pristine chef's kitchen, caterers poured us champagne and served cold crab claws, hand-dipped chocolate strawberries and more. It was one of those oh-my-gosh-I-really-love-real-estate experiences.

By the time I left to walk home, I'd already written this blog post in my head.
